Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PeachRep mobile application ("the app", "PeachRep", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Larbsoft. By downloading, installing, or using PeachRep, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use PeachRep

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your country (and at least 13) to use PeachRep. If you are under the age of 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Health & safety disclaimer

PeachRep encourages physical activity in the form of squats. This is important, so please read it carefully:

• PeachRep is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The squat counts, calorie estimates, and other figures are approximations for motivational purposes only.
• Consult a professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have any health condition that may be affected by physical activity.
• Exercise within your own limits. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Make sure you have clear, safe space around you before squatting.
• You are solely responsible for your own safety while using the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larbsoft is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from your use of PeachRep.

3. App locking & Screen Time

PeachRep uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) features to help you limit access to apps you choose. While we work hard to make this reliable, PeachRep is a self-improvement tool and not a security or parental-control guarantee. You are responsible for the apps and categories you choose to lock, and you can change or remove these restrictions at any time within the app.

4. Your responsibilities

When using PeachRep, you agree that you will not:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or otherwise compromise the app or its security features.
• Interfere with leaderboards or leagues through cheating, automation, falsified data, or any other manipulation.
• Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

5. Leaderboards & community

If you choose to take part in leagues or leaderboards, you agree to participate fairly and to choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading, or infringing on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict participation where these standards are not met.

6. Purchases & subscriptions

PeachRep may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. Any purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Pricing, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled according to your App Store account settings and Apple's policies. Please review your subscription settings in the App Store to manage or cancel any active subscription.

7. Intellectual property

PeachRep, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Larbsoft and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Squat detection runs entirely on your device, and we don't show ads or sell your data. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how the app handles information.

9. Disclaimers

PeachRep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, that squat detection will be perfectly accurate, or that the app will be available at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larbsoft and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) PeachRep. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to the app & these Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features of PeachRep at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated through the app or the App Store listing. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using PeachRep at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that could cause harm to others or to us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Larbsoft's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
